As of the end of last year, there were 645 single family housing units (not including townhomes and condos). This means that 10.5% of the homes at Lake Arrowhead changed hands last year, and 11.6% the year before. This is very close to the typical 10% for any established subdivision. Based on the statistics, homes on average took 5 days longer to sell last year. But when they sold, the owners got an average of $13,356 (or 6.00%) more for their home last year compared to 2005. I believe that 2007 will see an even bigger increase in the average sales price.

The 9 homes that sold in 2007 (as of March 17, 2007) had an average sales price of $299,366. This is not enough sales to be a meaningful statistic yet but the trend is certainly encouraging. Or for buyers - hurry up before it is too late!
